Tracking details are shared as soon as your order is dispatched.

If something doesn’t feel right, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in original condition. To get started, email help@shapepanda.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we’ll share return instructions. Refunds (excluding shipping fees) are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at help@shapepanda.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll resolve it promptly.
